Managing Member
Ms. Anastasi is the co-founder of GDG. She has developed GDG into a "boutique" investment company based upon her strong relationships with developers throughout the state. Ms. Anastasi comes from a family of developers based out of southern California. She has been involved in real estate investments since 1980. Ms. Anastasi holds degrees in law (JD) and business (MBA), and currently holds an active real estate broker license in Hawaii.
Helen Cheng
Member & Operations Manager
Ms. Cheng is the co-founder of GDG. She has been involved with real estate since 2001 and has established relationships with a wide range of developers and banks. Ms. Cheng holds a BS degree from California Institute of Technology and a graduate degree (PhD) from Stanford University.
S. D. Chang
Member & Advisor
Mr. Chang is a founding member and advisor to GDG. Over the years he has developed close relationships with an extensive number of banks, developers, and real estate attorneys. He is able to use these relationships to optimize investments for GDG.
Edward Kim
Member & Advisor
Mr. Kim serves in an advisory capacity to GDG, leveraging over 15 years of experience in business analysis and investments. He currently is the founder and Managing Member of 2GTT, a Nevada based Investment Fund.
